Polat Palandoeken, Erzurum

Our stay at Polat Erzurum Resort Hotel was simply exceptional. The renovations truly gave the place a fresh feel, and the cozy atmosphere made it a great escape. The accommodation was comfortable, especially the beds, which made it hard to get up for breakfast! The dining experience was top-notch with a vast array of quality foods, and the staff were genuinely attentive throughout. Although the gym facilities had room for improvement, overall, it was an unforgettable stay.
